What we do:

- We encrypt all data between our viewer and us using 128-bit SSL connections. This ensures that sensitive information like personal details or financial details are always protected;

- We practice the industry’s standard “information flow” and “information rights” security in our network. Every employee at Credit Release is only given the information they require and nothing more. No-one including the directors has full access of any one client’s information at any one time;

- We use strong authentication controls that are in-line with the strictest federal government issued banking practices;

- All employees are thoroughly screened and are trained with information security training techniques that are used on-job every day.

What You Need to Do:

- We will always keep your username and password behind the strongest firewalls for safe-keeping. You should take the same precautions. Never share your username or password. Be very careful with snooping devices or even spoofing viruses. Don’t open suspicious email or even documents.

- Don’t write down your username and password. Always keep your username and password in your head where outside parties can’t access it.

- Please follow the other username and password storage information that we provide in your account sign-up email that you receive.

- Any transaction that you do online should be followed with an log-out to close the session immediately after you have done what you needed. Close the browser immediately to ensure that no one uses the computer after you to access your account information.

- Always keep your anti-virus and internet security up-to-date. You should be running scans at least once a week and have your scanner look at incoming mails and any program that you access to keep things safe.
